Karri, the sign says ÖDESHÖG-GRENNA-BRÖTJEMARK These place-names tell the route of the bus.
Grenna is old spelling of Gränna. Brötjemark is a village about 10 kilometers south of Gränna, east of lake Vättern in county Jönköping, province Småland.
Can't say what Gartford could be, maybe the name of the bus company - but I guess your interpretation is not quite correct. Regards, Maud
