Thank you Stig for trying to find my Grandfather. Unfortunately the graphic from my original note was unable to be displayed. This plaster everybody who is trying to help me at a big disadvantage. I will try to post it again for all to see.
The graphic below is a note possibly written by John Anderson Blomquist after he settled in Norway. It contains information that may describe where he was born (somewhere is Dalsland) and where he was confirmed.
I have tried to understand what the note says and look at maps of Dalsland to figure this out but have not been successful. I can only understand small pieces of the note and can not make out the information I need to continue my search. Can someone please translate the note and identify the names of the villages and church in the document?
