A possible ancestor, Carl Fredrik Tigerström was born 1811, Oct 11, in Högsby Parish, Kalmar län. In 1836, he changed his surname to Ström. In 1837, he married Anna Pettersdotter Frisk who was born 1816, Feb 15 in Hults Parish, Jönköping län. Carl Fredrik Ström died 1851, June 14 in Kalmar.
Would anyone have easy access to the church records of Högsby Parish? I would like to find the name of his father and perhaps where the father was from.
