To Ann Brit Ahlstrom and Eva Dahlberg: Thank you very much. This is so helpful. I am six months late in answering your posts, but I had heart bypass surgery in December and had to put my family tree aside for a while. Can either of you tell me if the Järsnäs Soldattorp was part of the Jönköping Artillerie regiment? I understand that the Soldattorp is merely a house provided to the soldier by the community, but I was thinking perhaps Clas Fredrik Snäll was assigned to live there because it was close to his unit of assignment.
