I am looking for a relative who was a professor of English at the University of Stockholm back in the late 1950s to very early 1960s. I was just a small child then, and he used to write to me. Since the divorce of my parents in 1963, I lost all track of him, and do not even remember his name. Could there have been several professors of English at University of Stockholm then? Is there any way of looking who was on the faculty at the time? I am hoping that once I see his name, It will jog my memory. If he is still living, I would very much like to get in touch with him, and if not, I would like to find out what happened to him. Possible surnames Are Ek/Eek/Eck; Johanson/Johnson; or Peterson. Or it may be none of these. I understand what a long shot this is, especially with so little information to go on.
