Could not read out all of it but most parts.
Confirmander och ???? H H Nattvard 1sta gangen den 23 Sept 1868. Betyger B G Ullstrand
 
Confirmands and ???? H H communion 1st time, 23 of Sept. 1868 testify B G Ullstrand, where
H H is Herrens Heliga directly translated to the lords Holy but in englich I think you only use Holy.
