Some places have disappeared (become ghost towns) since our emigrants lived there, so maybe there once was a Bratfort, but a look in a modern atlas reveals there are currently places called Bradford in these locations:
 
Ontario provice in Canada
England
Arkansas
Illinois
Iowa
Maine
New Hampshire
Ohio
Pennsylvania
Rhode Island
Tennessee
Vermont
 
Here are some counties called Bradford.
 
Bradford county in Florida
Bradford county in Pennsylvania
 
There is also a Bradford Mountain in Connecticut.
 
Many beginners in genealogy use surname boards exclusively, so try advertising on those, too.

Many non-Swedish researchers have not yet found the wonderful Anbytarforum board, so try advertising on these boards too. (Advertise every place you can think of, since many people are only casual researchers and don't devote a lot of time to their genealogy, and may only try one board or list.)
