Sue, Sverige is Sweden in Swedish and Norwegian, 'born' in the picture above is Norwegian spelling of 'barn' ie child, datter is Norwegian for dotter, ie daughter, betalt means paid, could mean that the ticket was pre-paid but I'm not sure.
Dalsland is a province, Ed is a parish in Dalsland province and in Älvsborg county see Parish-Search at http://www.genealogi.se/blekinge/english/landskap.htm where you also can copy and paste the letters å ä ö. Also see Swedish roots.
The parish was renamed Dals-Ed in 1885 to distinguish it from other Ed.
