I think I can make a bit more sense of the third column:

Which means: The mother Maria Andersdotter said, in the presence of the witnesses of the baptism, that the Grenadier Peter Österlöf of W. Captain Wrangel's company was the father of the child and that he had had intercourse with her under promise of marriage.
