His name and date of birth and if you know it the parish he was born (?) is needed as a start. Often it was listed in the church records about family as well as about military service etc. Where did he live around the time he went to Australia? I am a half Swede- quarter from the UK and quarter from Scotland and have quite a lot of relatives in Australia (Perth and Sydney) and would like to help you. Sincerely Katrin
