Titel: Place called Segerstad

My grandmother Christina Carlson immigrated from Sweden in 1893 and arrived at Ellis Island, New York, USA. Her records indicate she was from Segerstad. I do know there is a Segerstad on the island of Oland but because other records indicate She was from Osenhoga (don't know what this means), Smaland, Sweden I have eliminated the Segerstad in Oland. It appears there was a Segerstad near Mariestad in the province of Smaland. It may not exist now. Does this mean anything to anyone reading this forum?
