Unfortunately I can't tell you much about Elna's past. It's very frustrating when the church records have been destroyed.
Though I've found her children in the church records of Stora Herrestad. She had five illegitimate sons, two born in the parish of Andrarum. Unfortunately there are no records left in that parish either due to a fire.

Elna married Ola Nilsson Sall as you already know 4/5 1852 and according to birth records at least Johan is the son of Ola's. One of the witnesses of the baptism of Håkan is Bengta the wife of a Nils Nilsson Sall, perhaps a relativ of Ola Nilsson's. Måns, Håkan and Anders use the patronymicon Olsson which might indicate that they are Ola's sons too. I haven't found out what name Elna's eldest son Nils went by.
Ola Nilsson Sall was married before to Mätte Olsdotter and they had several children. They lived in St. Herrestad nr. 3 between 1833-1838 and then moved to Andrarum. I guess his wife must have died there.
According to church records both Ola Nilsson and Elna Pehrsdotter moved from Andrarum to Herrestad in 1844 but for some reason I can't find Elna and her children in the records of 1842-51 although she gave birth to three children in the parish during those years. In the same records I found Ola Nilsson on his own in Fredriksberg (where he lived when Johan was born). In the records of 1851-55 they are together in Robertsdal. Elna's son Nils might have gone to Ystad, at least it says Ystad something in a note by his name. Måns went to Lund in 1859 and Johan to Högestad in 1867.
