I must have been totally unfocused! The page I refer to should be p 213, in Genline for some reason, the volume is AI:39, Motala (the Factory or Mechanical Works had their own volumes among the Motala church records). The Svar data base is another scanned documents service (www.svar.ra.se). I use AD-online for these parts of Sweden (www.arkivdigital.se)
According to Motala EI.2 28 Jan 1889, Carl Johan Martin Uhrbom died as a result of an accident. He fell from a precipice and died, he was not found until the next day and there was a police enquiry.
