Hi, I am looking for information on my family from Stockholm. Carl Strandberg, born September 1832 in Stockholm was my gggrandfather. He emmigrated to the U.S. in 1889 and settled in Minnesota. His mother died when we was a child and the family says he went to the orphanage. His wife was Eva Lovisa Larsdotter from Fagerhult, Kalmar. He was a soldier in Gronlid (Pelarne), Kalmar. I would like to find his family in Stockholm, and to find the names of his parents. His father, name unknown, was in the King's Guard in Stockholm during the 1830's. Is anybody reasearching this same family? I would greatly appreciate any help.
