There is noone called Eric who hade obvious reason to be named Sandberg in the birth record of Umeå landsförsamling 1860. But here was several Erics with a father with patronymicon (Ersson, Olsson, Persson and so on). Erik Sandberg could have acquired the family name Sandberg by himself. More information is needed.
