Thank you Olle, I get the idea. The story of Elsa (Roth) a wellborn horsewoman who married a common soldier,(Lars Sandberg) was told for 7 generations and then passed on to me by my mother. Misfortune and extreme poverty followed Elsa and Lars's soldier descendents until my morfars mor emigrated in 1885 from Frännarp, Haurida. Thanks for your welcomed addition to the story. Eleanor Olin
