Elsie Hedlund, age 20, daughter of Mr and Mrs Andrew Hedlund, who live near Moscow, died recently from effect of burns. The girl, who had always been an invalid, was left alone by her mother, while she went the mail box some little distance from the house. As she was returning she saw the girl run screeming from the house, her clothing enveloped in flames. Before she could reach her the clothing was burned from the girl's body, and she was unconscious.
