Todd! One of the first hammersmiths with the name Pollack I have found was Anders Olofsson Pollack who was active in Malingsbo, Söderbärke parish in Dalarna. Among the children was Olof b. 1714 13/4, Anders b. 1715 and Kerstin b. 1717 23/5.
Anders had the following children, also born in Malingsbo: Anders 1737 18/5, Erik 1739 9/7 and Olof 1741 1/8.
Anders b. 1737 was active as hammersmith in Färna, Gunnilbo parish and had the following children: Erik 1762 9/10, Anders 1764 3/7, Lisa 1766 24/11, Katarina 1769 29/12 - 1770 21/7, Olof 1772 21/1, Lars 1776 27/6, Jacob 1777 19/12, Peter 1779 17/10 and Eva Kristina 1782 1/1.
Erik b. 1739 was also active in Färna and had the following children: Brita 1772 13/9, Erik 1775 11/3, Anders 1777 21/9, Hans 1779 25/8, Susanna 1782 3/3 and Anna 1783 3/6 - 1785 13/3.
