The sentence Knut Karlsson (Örnfot), som härstammade från en dotter till Ture Kettilsson (Bielke, se E 1, s. 355), och hans hustru Johanna Torkilsdotter (Bragde) (ÄSF I:1, s 69 b) means that Knut Karlsson's wife was Johanna Torkilsdotter and they were or did something together (how the sentence continues, tells what). Nowhere there is a mention that Johanna was Ture Kettilsson's wife. Instead, it just says that her husband Knut descended from Ture (that may have a relevant additional detail in that sentence's context).

There just is an unfortunate plentiness of details filled in one sentence in those books. Sometimes we may hope that not so many details are put within brackets or separated by commas, as they so easily stop a thought and misunderstandings occur.

I would conclude that nothing is said of who actually was Ture's first wife. And that his second one's identity as member of the Natt och Dag is not explicitly stated in contemporary sources. And that there sadly will remain unsolved questions of who of those two was mother of each individual child.
