Have recently learned I am a 10th  
great-grandson of krykoherde Gudmund Petri  
(??-1635), who was married to Ingeborg  
(Josefsdotter) Josephsdotter.
 
To this point, have learned he was a vicar at  
Torslunda, 1599-1635; an assistant minister  
in Kalmar stift,  1583-99.  
 
--Do others have information about him and  
about his ancestry/descendancy?
--Was there any relationship between him and  
the earlier brothers Laurentius and Olaus  
Petri?
 
Also, am an 11th great-grandson of  
kyrkoherde Clemens Jonae (Grip) Gryphius,  
who was kyrkoherde at Virserum, Hultsfreds,  
Kalmar,  in the late 1500s, and a 10th  
great-grandson of his son, Virserum  
kyrkoherde Alexander Clementis  
(Grip/Gripman) Gryphius.
