The court records for Aspeland, autumn session 1767, § 4, says that the widow Annika Hansdotter in Järnudda sold 1/8 of Järnudda to her son Lars Jönsson, who already lived on the farm in question. She conveyed the purchase price to her other children (Lars' siblings) Nils Jönsson, Annika Jönsdotter, Ingeborg Jönsdotter and Stina Jönsdotter (married to Jon Jönsson). It is also said that Annika's daughter Maja Jönsdotter (married to Lars Jonsson) had bought the other 1/8 of the farm, which had been possessed by Annika and her late husband, and therefore already had got her share. All according to the purchase deed of June 11, 1767.
This Maja Jönsdotter might be your Maria Jönsdotter. I believe Lars Jönsson is one of my ancestors.
