I have some additional information. August is born July 11, 1842 in Linneryd according to Hugo Fälldins Högsjöbor. Does this match with either Jonas Gummesson and Johan D. Niclasson? Could July 11 be a christening date for the June 24 date you gave me earlier. I'm told its possible August adopted the name Widerstrom regardless of his parents name.
