I am looking for information on my FFMF, Peter August Peterson, from Sweden. We have little solid information of him in Sweden. On his death certificate here in America it says he was born December 16 1835. Also in the American census records it says he came to America in 1857. Both of these records may or may not be accurate. The only name similar to his,of a young man who immigrated about that time, is a Nils Peter August Pettersson who records show was born January 16 1835 in Kristdala and immigrated in 1857. Is there anyone who can tell me more on the family of this Nils Peter August Pettersson in Kristdala. Perhaps more of this family immigrated to America and may have lived in this area. Something that may help me confirm this connection and find more family in Kristdala. Tack så mycket Chuck
