When August Winstrom arrives in New York on the 4th of may 1902 on the ship Lucania from Liverpool he is going to his brother in law C G Erickson in Chicago.
In the cencus of 1910 he is living in Dekalb together with his sisters familý Chas erickson 40 Elsie erickson 34 Earnest Erickson 12 Russell erickson 3 August Winstrom 27
In cencus 1920 August is living as boarder in Dekalb.
In cencus 1930 he is married to Laura Winstrom 44. She is born in Michigan
In cencus of 1920 Elsie Erickson has became widow and she is living with her 12 year old son Russell in Dekalb. it´s the same in cencus 1930
