Hejsan Frida!
In 1909 I see (spelled as it's written in the record) Richard Konig and his wife Elen with an 8-month-old daughter whose name looks like Gjertrud. They're going to visit his aunt, Mrs. Mina Johnson, who lives at 3553 Seal Avenue, Chicago.
1920 I find the family at West 64th Street in Chicago. The names are better spelled here: Richard (age 47), Ellen (36) and Gertrude (11).
1930 the family now owns a home (worth $8,000) at 3318 West 62nd Street in Chicago. Their last name is spelled Koeing here. Ages are 58, 48, and 20. Richard is a laborer for a building contractor. Gertrude is a stenographer for a mail order house. All three are naturalized citizens. The census also says that Richard and Ellen came to the US in 1901; Gertrude came in 1909.
