I'm looking at the birth record for Olof Olsson on GID 2246.24.48800, born 19 Apr 1769. It's hard for me to read the town where he was born. Can you help?

Hej my cousins! I'm looking at GID 454.27.24400, #35 Håkan Larsson. I can read who his parents are, but where was he born? I cannot find his birth record or household exam when he was a child.

It tells that Håkan Larsson is born around Christmastime 1740 in Gåsborn
Gåsborn is a parish in Värmland county.
The birthrecords of 1740 is very hard to read , perhaps..... it is him at the last note on right page of GID 490.32.68900 born 6 december

I don't think that is Håkan Larsson, I think the record is like this:
November the 28th (1740) was born Johan Johansson's and wife Anika Andersdotters child, and the 6th December christened called --- Lisa(??).
Witnesses...
Compare the name with the Håkan (Olofsson) born 21 March 1741 (p. 99, GID 490.32.69100).

I kind of agree with you. Can you find Håkan Larsson's birth in 1740? I had originally made a note that I thought that he was born in June of that year. Not sure why now though....
