I have been unable to find the death record of Maja Pettersdotter, born 1770 27/2 in Hallersboda, married to Sven Andersson and lived in Signemåla,Signemåla rote, Blekinge. I can find her as a widow in the household examination rolls up to 1837, which is the last time she received Communion. She is not in the 1840 roll. I searched the death records from 1837-1841, but didn't find her. Any help greatly appreciated. Karen

But in which parish? And do you have genline GID or page number where you last saw her?

GID: 1763.3.53300 Blekinge Kristianopel Signemåla. She took Communion in Dec of 1837. She is not found in the 1840 Household rolls. Her eldest son Ola and family moved to Söderåkra in 1841. She is not with them. Sven died in 1808 right after the birth of their last son Petter. Karen

I found the death of Maja Petersdotter. I missed her in the 1840 household rolls as she wasn't on the same page as her sons as she had been all the other years. She died 3 Feb 1844 in Signemåla. GID: 1763.19.56800. Can you tell me what her title is? Looks like Gårdgr.E. I know the E is probably widow. Karen
