Looking for more information on Jons Påhlsson and wife Estrid Olofsdotter, my 3rd great grandparents. Jons was born 22-09-1780 in Stafröd, Åspinge and Estrid was born 29-01-1791 in Åspinge, Hörby.

There is an Äspinge parish, Malmöhus coaunty, today in Hörby municipality, Skåne county. But genline has very few church books under Äspinge.
Also called Östra Äspinge, and in Östra Äspinge births 1780-1859 is this (GID 1442.16.76900):

The 22 September was born Jöns Påhlson at Stafröd by married and ??? parents and was christened the 1 October.
Father: Påhl Isacsson
Mother: Elna Olasdotter, 21 years
Witnesses: ...
I don't see Estrid in 1791 in Östra Äspinge births, although I see a brother to Jöns, Isac Påhlsson born 9 July 1791 (GID 1442.16.81200).

The name of Äspringe parish has varied: in 1910 it was decided to spell it Äspinge, changed from Espinge. In 1927 it was decided that the name is Äspinge and the variation Östra Äspinge was no longer valid.
Estrid wasn't born in Äspinge. She was born in Hörby. The entry is to me quite illegible (but then I'm no good at all at interpreting handwriting), but I can just make out 29 January and that Estrid's parents were Ola Andersson and Karna Pehrsdotter.
Perhaps someone else can read the entry? It's GID 1271.56.87800 (Hörby (M) Births/Deaths 1773-1831).
