I am looking for names, birthdates and birthplaces of the parents of Hulda Kamperin born June 13, 1862 in Herrestad parish, Göteborgs and Bohus county (Bohuslän province).

My english language is not so good but I would like to try to help you with your family research. In a cd over people who lived in Sweden under year 1890 I found this:
 
Hulda Kamperin
Born: 1862 in Herrestad (Gothenburg and Bohus county)
She lived in Motala (Östergötland county)
and married whith:
 
Olof Hedberg
Born: 1855 in Ljusdal (Gävleborgs county).
He was a Tailor.
 
Here is whole family:
