I´m looking for Karl-Gösta meffert emigrated to Boston- Dorchester

When he emigrated to America he also changed his name!
He was probably known as Karl-Gösta Nilsson in Sweden, as he left his father in Helsingborg:

The reason why he came to America was because of comersial matters. He married a girl 3 years later, she emigrated from Sweden 1926, named Jenny,Ingeborg Möller, they were married about 2-3 months and then they divorced, she came back to Sweden later the same year 1926.
My question is what happened to this Karl-Gösta Meffert?? Did he marry again? To whom?
Are there still any Mefferts in Dorchester/Boston?

According to a Death certificate in Missouri, he died July 21, 1947 in St Louis, Missouri from a coronary thrombosis. He was then married to Catherine, 39 years of age. His profession was sales representative for Doho Chemical Co. Address: 610 Clark Avenue, Webster Groves, St Louis County. They had lived in the community for 4 years.
I have sent the Death Certificate by e-mail, it was too big to publish here.

What is a coronary thrombosis??? (in Swedish) as I have read the death certificate I noticed that he was married, did he and his wife get any children?

Why my name turns up: I e-mailed the PDF with the death certificate from Missouri death certificates. I made a quick lookup for Catherine, but no luck,
she perhaps remarried. To get information about children, if any, suggest you try to get an obituary. If you are lucky you can find a volunteer to look it up.
