I am looking for information on my great-grandfather John Nelson(Nilson), who was born December of 1859 in Vram in Kristianstad county the province of Skane.  He moved to the parish of Malmo and in 1882 he left Sweden for the United States.  He took the name of John Nels Waldemar when he arrived in the states.  I would like to find who his parents were and any other information available.

he emigranted to OGEMA; WI 20-4-1887.

Gunnar Nelson, born October 13 1906 in Sölvesborg, Blekinge. Gunnar moved from Sweden to USA, January 5, 1925. I know that he lived in Minneapolis, MN and his address was:
5533 29th Ave, South, Minneapolis. He was married and had 3 children, two sons and one daughter. Are there anyone knowing anything about them or how I can find Gunnar and his wife (I know tah he is dead, and I guess that his wife also is dead).

Via mejl kommer uppgifter på tre barn till Gunnar och Lucille.
då några av dem kan vara i livet, så bör de inte diskuteras här. Men i USA kommer man åt mycket via betaldatabaserna.

Hallo Mr Anderson. It´s been a long time since you put the question. I am also looking for a relative John Nelson, but I don´t think the dates are the same. Sometimes it is wrong so I think I write my information anyway.
My grandmothers 4 brothers and 1 sister emigrated to America. One of the brothers had the name Jöns (John) Nelson and he is the one I didn´t managed to find any information about.
In my papers he was born 1873-02-13 in Ivetofta, Skåne, Sweden.
Do you think that this can be your John?
