I'm looking for the event when Karl Helmer Olsson (Charles H Olson) b. 5th Sept 1888 Hackås Sweden and Dorothy M Holt b. 31st May 1905 passed away. Dorothy's parents were Fred and Mildred Holt with roots in Canada. Charles (son of Olof and Martha Olson) emigrated from Sweden in the summer of 1909 (Trondheim-Hull-Liverpool-Qubeck). He might have stayed in Canada for several years and I think he's mentioned in the Canada, Manitoba census of 1916. I might also have found a border crossing (CA-US) in may 1916 regarding Charles. 1917 is was drafted for WW1 in US. I know he married Doroth M Holt 1st June 1925 and that they brought birth to William Olson 27th Dec 1925, William passed away 22nd Feb 1985. Their daughter Ruby was born in the spring (probably April-May) of 1927. In census 1930 William and Ruby are living with the Stahl family. In Census of 1940 both Wiliam and Ruby are living with their father again. At least between 1917 and 1940 Charles was living in Wisconsin. After 1940 I've no clue about this family except for William.
In Swedish church books Charles is declared as dead 18th Mar 1970, I haven't found out were they got this information.
Anything of interest regarding this family that might clarify things is interesting!

I found out that charles died in 1951 and Ruby in 1997.
