Could someone please help me interpret one part of this household exam? The last person on this page, Karl Johan Andersson, moved somewhere on 11 Nov 1915. I do not understand what the abbreviations in the "Moving out" column mean. What book does page 12 refer to?

He was transferred to the "Obef[intlighets] B[ok]", the "book of non-existent people", in 1915. The book (Färgelanda AIII:1 (https://sok.riksarkivet.se/arkiv/rxlHraBgHKQ4wUjSSZ7a20)) is still under protection since it was used until 1991. You can ask the archive for an extract.
The other notes tell the story: he has asked for an "Hinderslöshetsbetyg" (proof that there was no hindrance to his marriage) for Norway July 22 1898, and he has been absent (19)00, and 01, 02, ... until 05 -- a reasonable hypothesis is that he married in Norway, but never formally told them he was moving out ...
