All of the household records I can find show Anders Jansson was born 1842-09-23 in Norrbärke, such as the links below, but I cannot find his birth record there. Any help would be most appreciated.

Follow the trail back:
They came from Söderbärke in 1864, the household record from Norrbärke says.
According to Söderbärke moving-out records, they came from Tolfsboberg[1]. In the household records from there[2], Anders' birthplace is given as Tolfsboberg ... And thus he was born[3] in Söderbärke.
