Titel: Ruth Viktoria Birth Record

The congregational record per the first link below shows Ruth Viktoria born on 1909-03-18 with parents Carl August Andersson and Johanna Elina Andersson.  However what appears to the Ruth's birth record -- see second link below -- does not give a name.  Is there any way to ensure this is the correct birth record?

Yes, it is the right birth record. The note to the right say "Moved to Örebro 22/3 09 before the child got a name". You find the rest of it in Örebro Nikolai (T) C:15 (1905-1909) Bild 3420 / sid 334 (AID: v146897.b3420.s334, NAD: SE/ULA/11800).
