The 1940 census record given with the link below show that Hilding Oskar Bertil Gustafsson and Anna Kristina Gustafsson as married as I understand, but I do not see a marriage date. Is there any way to find a marriage record for this couple?

They married 1926-02-14:

The marriage date is recorded in the census -- 4th row "260214", 1926-02-14 -- but not where ... But the daughter was born less than 2 weeks later, in "Mr". The most reasonable explanation for that is "Maria", and there they are:

An "old-fashioned" index search in BiS turns up this record from Rotemannen, where their marriage is given as the above date, and in Maria: Överståthållarämbetet, Skatteverket. Rotemännens arkiv. Rote 15 Maria kyrkorote (A, AB) DIa:1307 (1878-1926) Bild 300 / Sida 15a (AID: v933268.b300.s15a (http://www.arkivdigital.se/aid/show/v933268.b300.s15a)).
