Titel: Help translating part of estate inventory

Attached is an image taken from the estate inventory of Andreas Andersson.  He died 1862 in Myggenäs, Tjörn.  I am wondering what it says in the real estate section.  There is a reference to his wife, Petronella Bengtsdotter, who had died 16 Feb 1859.  Can anyone translate this section of the page?

They are listing the part of the estate that Andreas Andersson inherited when his wife died, probably some land that she inherited from her parents. No mention of what farm that might be though.

Thank you for your response.  It is interesting that inherited land was in his wife's name.  I guess at that time a woman could own land.

Yes, women could own land. They inherited land from their parents just like their brothers, but only half as much. If the woman was married her husband could not sell the land without her permission. They could also buy land, but if they were married their husband normally handled the transaction.
