Titel: Help with translation from baptism record

Attached is an image from the baptism record of Hans Bondesson, born 19 April 1741 in Skartofta in Skåne.  The first line says
"Fourth Sunday after Easter was baptized the farmer at number 2 Tiarby Bonde Rasmusson and wife Anna Olofsdotter"
I can't make out the rest after that.  It mentions something about Gummestorp which is a nearby village.
Can anyone translate the rest?

.....Bonde R and his wife Anna...., who recently arrived from Gummestorp and ? parish, provided with (försedda med magister August ? sedel)
(some sort of) certificate issued by schoolmaster August.........
