Titel: Hans Olov Birth Record

I am trying to find the birth record of Hans Olov, who is shown on the three congregational records below with a birth date of 1931-07-27 in Norberg.  I cannot find in the Norberg parish birth records.  Any assistance greatly appreciated.

I'm curious if this birth record can also be found on ArkivDigital?  I cannot see how to access the record there.

This is the first I've been exposed to the "SCB extracts".  How do these records differ from the parish church records?
