Titel: Help with translation from 1751 death record

Attached is the death record of Anna Olofsdotter from Skartofta in Southern Sweden.  She died 21 April 1751.  She is the wife of Bonde Rasmusson.  I can make out the second line that says No. 2 Tiarby Bonde Rasmussons wife Anna Olofsdotter died at 42 years old.
I cannot make out anything after that.  I think it says 4 small children.   
I think the first line says what type of farmer Bonde is.
Can anyone fill in the missing parts?

Third sunday after easter was buried the farmers at No 2...
dödde af bröstsiuka, lämnade äncklingen och 4 små barn uti ett ganska fattigt tillstånd.
died of chest illness, left the widower and 4 small children in quite poor conditions.
