I'm not completely sure about some of the abbreviations, but I think it goes like this:

Maid Wendla Helena Örting from Wentlinge to 
Hulterstad, to where she last year moved, born Feb. 22, baptized Feb. 24 1833, Wentlinge,
parents: Navy soldier Olaf Örting and his wife Brita Lena Pärs-
dotter ibm. Approved in the christianity test, ? this year, well behaved, free from marriage proposals, industrious
and not here for next years tax records
