Can anyone tell me what the name is on the attached 1648 tax record? 

It looked like it might be Isaac, but then the last name ends with dotter I think....

Here is her name again.   After following it through 15 years of tax records, my best guess is Thore, Tora, Ehora or something similar. 
The attached copy is the most clear, so I'm hoping you can help!

First one looks ike Thore, the other one like Thora. Last name is Jppedotter or Ippedotter. There might be an e missing, Jeppe is a version of Jakob, mainly used in southern Sweden.
