Attached is a birth record from 1714. It looks like there are 2 names on it: Kierstin and Ingiård but I don't see that they are twins? Are they? (sorry my lines aren't very straight!)

Can anyone help me with this?
Thanks very much,
Vicki

You are right, there are two children in this note. They were baptised on the same day, so the priest chose to let them share the note. Very rare, I don't know if I ever saw something like that before. They were not twins since they don't have the same father. Chierstin Pährsdotter (Kerstin Pärsdotter) in Häggeshult and Ingiärd Månsdotter in Skierfery.

Thank you, Kalle, for explaining that! I missed that there were two different father's names and wondered why there were different places named. :)
Very interesting!
Thanks a lot,
Vicki
