I have attached an image from the 1799 Färs judgement book. I have hi-lighted the three words that I am not sure of.
It appears to be "och theraf" and then I cannot make out the other word. I cannot find a translation for theraf so I am assuming I have that wrong.
Can any one translate these words?

Hi!
I think you are right and it says "och theraf" and then probably "nästledne år". Thereaf is the same as the modern därav, which is aprox. like the English hence. Nästledne =the next/following

Nästlidne may be the year that was before the current year. I am not fully sure there. That's often named sistlidne (latest) but perhaps also nästlidne? I will look more into that if not anyone here knows.
I found some information on Runeberg. It is an archaic expression but I think it is the same as sistlidne and if so it just means the last year.

Both 'sistlidne' and 'nästlidne' are like previous/last.

Thanks for all your help. I think in this case it means the next or following year. This case is about Gertrude being impregnated by an unknown man which resulted in the birth of a child the following year in Brandstad.

Yes, the case is about Gertruds birth of an illegitimate child but the wiew of the writing is from the day at court. So it is previous may to the day at court.

The court date is 1799 and the child was born in 1797.

Maybe the clerk made an error. He ment 'nästkommande', next, but wrote 'nästledne'.
