Can anyone tell me what the note says on the attached 1693 tax record for Miäla? I think the note is related to the person (Germund) listed below it. Does it have to do with being a soldier?

It´s hard to decode the first abbreviation, which you can see for several persons. Maybe it is F:t like 'fattig', and if so the marked note seems to read Fattig Germund fins på Fattigstugan /Poor Germund is staying at the Poor house/. Next line tells the same about his wife.
