Titel: Need help with note on 1707 Annerstad tax record

Can anyone tell me what the note on the attached tax record says - is it one note or two notes and which person or persons does it apply to?

Födes af barnen, provided for by children.

I assume it is the widow Anna (Änk Anna), it says 'födes' after her name.
