Titel: Help in reading record

I am looking at a birth record for Johan Larsson at sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0053145_00218.  I have never seen a record with what looks like a note referencing the parents below.  I'm not sure what this means.  Was this really their son or some kind of adoption?

I see it as the preast/clerk wanted to keep the chronology in the list of children.

Johans birthday must have been reported afterwards and there was no SpaceLoops for place and parents.

Adoptions didn't exist, in a legal way,  before 1917(?).

And why would an adoption be mentioned in a list of births?

Thanks for your help.  I thought this might have been an unofficial adoption as I couldn't tell if a mother was listed by the child's name.  There is something there and some notation by the parents' names to the right.

Sorry for the 'extra features' my phone adds to the text.

The text to the right of 'Johan #' is for the son Gustaf, above.
Everything about Johan, parents and sponsors is with same ink and hand and the # connects the text.

OK.  Thanks.
