Titel: Need help with 1776 marriage record in Hinneryd

Attached is a 25 March 1776 marriage record for Widower Nanne Nilsson and Widow Anna Eliasdotter(?).  It looks like there was some kind of agreement at the time of the marriage.  I am not sure what it is saying.

It was very hard to read so I can't give an exact translation. I hope to be corrected if I am wrong.

Since they both have been married before, the text claryfies that everything is correct regarding the partition of the estate from their "previous life".
