Attached is an image of a note taken from the population registry for Brandstad 1788.
It is for the last person on property number 12. The note is on the far right side of the page.
The left side of the page says Rasmus Bonesson and wife
Here is the link to the page on the Swedish National Archives

The left side says "Rasmus Bones hustru" -- Rasmus Bones[sons?] wife.
The note is "m: skrifs på Closters tegelbruk" -- the husband (Rasmus) is registered at Closters brickworks.

Thank you for all your help. Would Closters be the name of a parish?

There's a brickworks at Övedskloster, in the neighboring parish. Check https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/A0005535_00755
EDIT: ... and yes, there Rasmus Bonasson is one of 7 workers ("drängar"). It's easier to see on the picture of the copy that ArkivDigital has scanned:
Malmöhus läns landskontor (del 1) (M) EIII:40 (1788) Bild 7140 / Sida 717 (AID: v222625.b7140.s717 (http://www.arkivdigital.se/aid/show/v222625.b7140.s717), NAD: SE/LLA/10899-1 (https://sok.riksarkivet.se/?postid=Arkis+{3A30AC26-81D9-450D-B9FF-93209D5B30EB}&s=Balder))

Thanks again for all your help.

You are right, it is much easier to see him in the other document. Once I realized the X was an R, I could make out his name.
Thanks for going out of your way to look up all this information.
