Hfl 1886-1898 P. 388 shows him moving to Östraby
With some family. I looked at moving out in Fränninge
and moving in for Östraby and do not see them.
Hope for help!
Perhaps it is too early for me in Canada, so I

Hello!
As you ca see in Fränninge 1886-1898 page 388 - Ola Perssons wife died 18900818 in Fränninge. Then I can find Ola Persson with two of his youngest daughters in Östraby - see Östraby B:3 1863-1894 p 303 and AI:11 1888-1894 p 12. Later I can find him i Hörja AIIa:2 1931-1948 p73. He died 19310915 in Hörja.

Okay, I followed them as you guided Monika. In Östraby P. 12 it does not show anything about where dotter Maria may have gone.
Then I go Hörja 1931-1848 P 73 and she is not there. It is now her that I really want info for.

On P. 73 is has previous book, so I went to 1900-1930 Page 67. There Ola and dotter Johanna returned from N America. I would like to know what the writing over to right of Ola means.
Now I wonder if Maria went to America without telling and father ang sister went to find her.

The family is at page 19 of Östraby Församlingsböcker SE/LLA/13534/A II a/1 (1895-1915). Maria was married 1 Oct 1901 to Nils Andersson Ros born 29 Sep 1877 Brandstad. They have a son Ernst Gustaf 6 Mar 1901 then 18 Oct 1901 they move to Västra Skrävlinge.

But it was Maria that I wanted more info for and you found it. Oh, the mysteries of Genealogy!

He's travelling with daughter Anna and Anna's son Anders, they are also going to his son Ole J. Olson in Dawson Minnesota. I think you probably know already that his son Ola was born 12 Apr 1873 and this is probably the son Ola with sister Johanna in the 1910 US census. Their brother August also is on the following page but I guess the indexer didn't realize it was the same household.
